Editing History - Lesson 2

Monday, 5 January 2015

Editing History: Lesson 1

Remember to answer this for Friday.
  • Define what in-camera editing is?
  • Why was this technique used?
  • What are the limitations of this technique?
  • What are the strengths?
  • How could you use this technique in your independent project?
Examples of work will be uploaded to the blog on Friday.

Vine is an example of in-camera editing that is still utilised today. You use your iPhone (or any other non Apple phone) to edit together a narrative. It's the same principle - it requires planning to ensure the narrative is completed in the way you wanted.

Lesson is below, videos are not embedded (obviously) but are available on the WorthingCollegeBtecMedia Youtube Channel.
